February 21-2: New York City Beer Week, New York, NY

The New York City Brewers Guild presents the sixth Annual New York City Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in the city. All 12 of the city's craft breweries will take part. Signature events include the Opening Night Bash and the Closing Party. There will be many other events, such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

February 22-3: Portsmouth Beer Week, Portsmouth, NH

2BeerGuys presents the fifth annual Portsmouth Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Portsmouth. The headline event of this ten-day celebration is the Seacoast Winter Brew Fest. There will also be other events such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

February 27-1: CAMRA Wigan Beer Festival, Wigan, England

The Wigan Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 27th annual CAMRA Wigan Beer Festival, which will take place at the Robin Park Indoor Sports Centre. Organizers expect to have more than 60 Real Ales, along with a selection of ciders, perries, and foreign beers. Food will be available at all sessions, and there will be games an a tombola. Saturday is "Pirate Fancy Dress Day."

February 27-9: Sacramento Beer Week, Sacramento, CA

The Sacramento beer community presents the fifth annual Sacramento Beer Week, which will take place at at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in the Sacramento Valley. The headline events are the Sacramento Brewers Showcase and the Capital Beerfest. There will also be hundreds of other events such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

February 28-1: Boulder Strong Ale Fest, Boulder, CO

Avery Brewing Company will host the 12th annual Boulder Strong Ale Fest. This two-day event will feature strong ales (all 8% ABV or higher) from a variety of craft breweries, along with food for purchase. The festival is a benefit for charity.

February 28-1: Chappel Winter Beer Festival, Chappel, England

The Essex Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the fifth annual Chappel Winter Beer Festival, which will take place at The Goods Shed in the East Anglian Railway Museum. This event, which is a scaled-down version of the Summer Beer Festival, will feature more than 60 Real Ales plus a selection of ciders and perries. Food will be available for purchase. The festival is a fund-raiser for the museum.

February 28-1: NYC American Craft Beer Festival, New York, NY

The Hand Crafted Tasting Company presents the "Spring Seasonals" edition of the NYC American Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at the Lexington Avenue Armory in Manhattan. This two-day, three-session event will feature around 150 craft beers from around the country. There will also be an educational program, food available for purchase, and retail vendors on-site. VIP and Connoisseur tickets, with early admission and (for Connoisseurs) a private lounge with hors d'oeuvres and a special selection of beers, are available.

February 28-1: Pittsburgh Beerfest, Pittsburgh, PA

Festivals Unlimited LLC presents the 2014 Pittsburgh Brewfest, which will take place at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. This two-evening event will feature more than 300 craft beers. There will also be live local music, and food from local restaurants will be available.

1: Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival, Atlanta, GA

Trigger Agency, LLC, presents the Atlanta stop on the 2014 Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival tour. It will take place "under the big tents" at Atlantic Station. This afternoon event will feature unlimited sampling of 60 beers and 40 bourbons. There will also be live rock, blues, and bluegrass music; barbecue and other foods; and seminars led by master distillers, brewmasters, and pit masters. VIP "Bacon and Whole Hog" tickets, with early admission and an expanded selection of bacon dishes, are available.

1: Bigfork Brewfest, Bigfork, MT

The fourth annual Bigfork Brewfest will be held in front of Brookies Cookies in downtown Bigfork. This afternoon event will feature beer from a variety of Montana breweries. Two live bands are scheduled to appear, a variety of pork products will be available for purchase, and there will be best beard and Spam-carving competitions.

1: Bock Fest, New Ulm, MN

The August Schell Brewing Company, in New Ulm, will host Bock Fest 2014. This daytime celebration will feature a variety of Schell's beers, live music, bratwurst, and a bonfire. There will also be a beer scavenger hunt in Flandrau State Park and an after-party in downtown New Ulm .

1: Brewbies Festival, Oceanside, CA

Spy Optics presents the fifth annual Brewbies Festival, which will take place at Bagby Beer Company in Oceanside. This afternoon event, which benefits the Keep A Breast Foundation, will feature beer from more than 50 breweries, many of them from southern California. There will also be a prize raffle. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

1: Cape Fear Beer Festival, Wilmington, NC

Cape Fear Festivals, LLC, presents the fourth Annual Cape Fear Beer Festival, which will take place downtown at the Wilmington Convention Center. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 domestic and imported beers, ciders, some of them brewed in North Carolina. Past festivals have also had food for purchase and merchandise vendors on hand. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

1: Day of the Living Ales, Chicago, IL

The Chicago Beer Society presents the tenth annual Day of the Living Ales, which will take place at Goose Island Wrigleyville. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with a selection of cask-conditioned ales from Chicagoland breweries and invited guests (there have been more than 40 beers at recent events). Festival-goers are invited to vote the Champion Real Ale of Chicagoland. There will also be food, including meats, cheeses, and other appetizers.

1: Florida Brewers Guild Beerfest, Tampa, FL

The Florida Brewers Guild presents the 18th annual Beerfest, which will take place at a new location, Cotanchobee Park in Tampa. This afternoon rain-or-shine event, which is a fund-raiser for the Guild, will feature beer from Florida craft breweries (more than 40 were represented last year). There will also be live music, and food trucks will be at the venue.

1: Great Arizona Beer Festival, Tempe, AZ

AZCentral.com presents the 26th annual Great Arizona Beer Festival, which will take place at Tempe Beach Park. This afternoon event will feature more than 200 craft beers from over 50 breweries. Three live bands are scheduled to perform; food will be available for purchase. There will be games, contests, and give-aways. VIP tickets, with early admission and catered food, are available. All proceeds will benefit Sun Sounds of Arizona.

1: Naples Craft Beer Fest, Naples, FL

The Naples North Rotary Club Foundation, in partnership with Coastal Beverage, presents the third annual Naples Craft Beer Fest, which will take place at Bayfront Place. This afternoon event will more than 80 craft-brewed beers. There will be People's Choice and Brewers' Choice voting for best beer, along with live music and food from local restaurants. Proceeds will be donated to charity.

1: Ohio Winter Warmer Festival, Cleveland, OH

The Ohio Craft Brewers Association presents the eighth annual Winter Warmer Fest, which will take place at Windows on the River in Cleveland. This afternoon event, which is a fund-raiser for the Guild, will feature winter, limited-edition, and other beers from 30 or more Ohio breweries. There will be live entertainment, and food trucks will be at the festival site.

1: Philly Craft Beer Festival, Philadelphia, PA

Starfish Junction Productions presents the eighth annual Philly Craft Beer Festival, which will take place under heated tents on the former Naval Airstrip. This afternoon event will feature more than 200 beers from over 100 breweries, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, brewers in attendance, and a special selection of beers, are available. Proceeds will go to the Committee to Benefit the Children.

1: SLO Xtreme Beer Fest, San Luis Obispo, CA

The Craft Beer Coalition presents the 2014 SLO Xtreme Beer Fest, which will take place at Vets Hall in San Luis Obispo. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 40 breweries, many of them from California, with an emphasis on sour, extra hoppy, barrel-aged, and other "extreme" beers. Complimentary food samples and food for purchase will be available, and there will be live entertainment and an educational program.

1-2: Split Thy Brooklyn Skull, Brooklyn, NY

Mugs Alehouse, a beer bar in Brooklyn, will host the 15th annual Split Thy Brooklyn Skull. This two-day event will feature more than 35 domestic and imported high-gravity beers, along with Brooklyn Blood Brothers and Southern Tier Imperial Stout on cask. There will be a different beer selection each day. Admission is free.

1: Suds N Spuds, Fargo, ND

The El Zagal Shrine, in Fargo, will host the fourth annual Suds N Spuds. This evening event will feature more than 100 domestic and imported beers, along with home-brewed beer from the Prairie Homebrewing Companions club. The price of admission includes free food from the baked potato bar.

1-9: Tampa Bay Beer Week, Tampa Bay Area, FL

The third annual Tampa Bay Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in the Tampa Bay area. The headline event will be the Florida Brewers Guild Beer Festival. There will be more than 150 other events including beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

1-9: Victoria Beer Week, Victoria, BC, Canada

The Victoria Beer Week Society presents the 2014 Victoria Beer Week. It will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Victoria. This nine-day celebration will kick off with a Cask Night at the Victoria Public Market, and will close with a Brewmaster's Brunch at the Atrium. Other events will include as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, movies, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, and tastings.

1: Windy City Brewhaha, Chicago, IL

The 2014 Windy City Brewhaha will be held at the Skyline Loft at a new venue, Lacuna Artist Lofts in Chicago. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with beer from more than 30 breweries, many of them from Chicago-area breweries. Food will be available for purchase.

5-8: Rotherham Real Ale & Music Festival, Rotherham, England

The 22nd annual Rotherham Real Ale & Music Festival will be held at the Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham. This event will feature more than 250 Real Ales on hand pulls, along with bottled international beers and an expanded selection of ciders. This year's lineup will feature beers brewed in places with a connection to the Roman Empire. A variety of entertainers are scheduled to perform. Proceeds will go to local charities.

6-8: Loughborough Beer Festival, Loughborough, England

The Loughborough and North Leicester Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 38th annual Loughborough Beer Festival, which will take place at The Polish Club. This event will feature more than 70 Real Ales, along with a selection of ciders, perries, wines, and 11% Baz's Bonce Blower from the Parish Brewery. Recent editions of this festival have also featured live music and locally-sourced food for purchase.

7-8: Horsforth Beer Festival, Horsforth, England

The sixth annual Horsforth Beer Festival will be held at St Margaret's Church in Horsforth. Recent editions of this two-day event have featured around 80 draft beers and ciders from throughout the UK, along with other beverages, live entertainment, and hot and cold food for purchase.

6-8: Sussex Beer Festival, Hove, England

The Sussex Branches of the Campaign for Real Ale present the 24th annual Sussex Beer Festival, which will take place at Hove Centre. Organizers expect to have more than 220 Real Ales, along with more than 40 ciders and perries and bottled beers around the world. There will also be entertainment by The Sex Pirates Saturday evening; food for purchase, including vegetarian and vegan options; merchandise for sale; and face-painting and temporary tattoos.

7-9: Bockfest, Cincinnati, OH

The 22nd annual Bockfest, the oldest and largest in the United States, will be held in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine and central business districts. This weekend event, which celebrates the city's brewing heritage and the coming of spring, starts with a parade on Friday evening that goes from Arnold's Bar & Grill to Bockfest Hall where the ceremonial first keg is blessed. The Hall, which will be open throughout the weekend, will feature live entertainment, food, historic walking tours, breweriana, a homebrew competition, Continental Sunday celebrations, a 5-K race, and plenty of bock beer.

7-8: Bridlington Real Ale Festival, Bridlington, England

The Spa Bridlington, a landmark building, will host the 2014 Bridlington Real Ale Festival. This two-day event will open with a Friday afternoon industry session at which guest speakers will discuss the Real Ale and brewing industry. There will be public, all-ticket sessions Friday and Saturday evenings with locally-brewed ales, local entertainment, and food. Both sessions will be family-friendly.

7-9: Real Festivales-Widnes, WIdnes, England

The Widnes edition of the Real Festivales series will be held at Victoria Park in Widnes. This three-day, four-session event will feature a variety of Real Ales and traditional ciders, along with live music.

8: Beertopia, Fort Mill, SC

Grapevine, a retail store and wine bar in Fort Mill, presents the sixth annual Beertopia, which will take place in the parking lot. This afternoon event will feature more than 150 beers from at least 50 breweries, live entertainment by U-Phonik, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available. Part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.

8: Brew’s Best, Henderson, NV

The spring edition of Brew’s Best, Hand-Crafted Beer Festival, will be held at The Village in Lake Las Vegas in Henderson. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 40 breweries, most of them from Nevada and neighboring states. There will also be live music. VIP tickets, with early admission and an opportunity to meet the brewers, are available. The festival charity is New Vista.

8: Brew-Ski Festival, Harbor Springs, MI

Boyne Highlands, a resort in Harbor Springs, will host the fifth annual Brew-Ski Festival. This afternoon event will take place under a tent at the base of the ski slopes. There will be more than 200 craft-brewed beers, many of them from Michigan breweries. There will also be live entertainment, along with bratwurst and other food. After the festival itself, the Zoo Bar will host a party with live music.

8: Brew & Stew, Denver, CO

Brew & Stew will be held at Highlands Masonic Center in Denver. This evening event will feature beer from at least seven craft breweries, most of them local. There will also be a homebrewing competition, live music, local food, and a prize raffle. The festival is a benefit for Hope House of Colorado.

8: Brewer's Ball, Washington, DC

The tenth annual Brewer's Ball will take place at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. This evening event, which benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, will feature beer from more than 30 microbreweries from the region; food from 20 of Washington's top restaurants; live entertainment; and a silent auction for travel, one-of-a-kind experiences, and other items.

8: Brews on the Big Rock, Kailua-Kona, HI

Brews on the Big Rock 2014 will be held on the beach and luau grounds at King Kamehameha's Courtyard Kona Beach Hotel in Kailua-Kona. This afternoon event will feature 70 beers from 30 breweries from around the country, along with live entertainment and island cuisine prepared by 40 Hawaii chefs. This festival, made possible by the Bill Healy Foundation, is part of the 19th annual Kona Brewers Festival. Other events during this four-day celebration include a homebrew competition, a beer dinner, a golf tournament, a Walk/Run for Hops race, and a Trash Fashion Show to promote recycling. The festival benefits local cultural end environmental organizations.

8: DC Craft Beer Festival, Washington DC

The Hand Crafted Tasting Company presents the Spring Seasonals edition of the DC Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with around 150 craft beers from around the country. 8: Fargo Bacon & Beer Festival, Fargo, ND

Forum Communications and Bernie’s Wines & Liquors present the 2014 Fargo Bacon & Beer Festival, which will take place at Scheels Arena. This evening event will feature more than 100 beers. Fargo-area restaurants will compete for the festival's "Squealer Award," and the price of admission will include six complimentary bacon samples. VIP tickets, with early admission, a conversation with a brewmaster, and a special selection of bacon, are available.

8: Fredericton Craft Beer Festival, Fredericton, NB, Canada

The second annual Fredericton Craft Beer Festival will be held at a new venue, the Fredericton Convention Centre. This evening event will feature more than 100 craft beers. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available, as are ladies' VIP tickets, with special guests as well as early admission and a special selection. The festival charity is the Canadian Diabetes Association.

8: Gate City Brewfest, Pocatello, ID

The fourth annual Gate City Brewfest will take place at various locations in Old Town Pocatello. This afternoon event will feature more than 60 beers. There will also be live music and food for purchase, and a free trolley service will operate around the area.

8: Heavy Seas Real Ale and BBQ Festival, Halethorpe, MD

Clipper City Brewery, the home of Heavy Seas beer, will host the sixth annual Heavy Seas Real Ale and BBQ Festival. This afternoon event will feature ten tap beers and ten cask-conditioned ales, all from Heavy Seas. There will also be barbecue from Kloby's smokehouse, food from eight other restaurants, live music, and a behind-the-scenes brewery experience.

8: Hops & Props, Oshkosh, WI

EAA AirVenture Museum, in Oshkosh, will host Hops & Props 2014. This evening event will feature more than 250 beers from around the world, with brewers in attendance. There will also be music from several live bands, complimentary hors d'ouevres, and coffee and sweets. Festival-goers are invited to view the museum's exhibits. The "VIP Experience," a food and beer tasting event hosted by Surly Brewing Company and Becket's Restaurant, will take place before the festival itself. Proceeds will support the museum's community programs.

8: Kansas Craft Brewers Exposition, Lawrence, KS

The Kansas Craft Brewers Guild and Downtown Lawrence present the third annual Kansas Craft Brewers Exposition, which will take place at Abe & Jake's Landing at the Riverfront. This year's event will consist of afternoon and evening sessions, each with scores of beers from over 30 breweries from Kansas and adjacent states. There will also be informational and educational displays, live music, and food for purchase.

8: Marchtoberfest, Springfield, MA

Max's Tavern, located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, will host Marchtoberfest. This afternoon event will feature beer from a number of New England breweries. There will also be live music, food prepared by the tavern, and prize giveaways.

8: Southern Michigan Winter Beer Festival, Jackson, MI

Grand River Brewery and Experience Jackson present the fourth annual Southern Michigan Winter Beer Festival, which will take place at the American 1 Events Center at the Jackson County Fairgrounds will feature more than 150 domestic and foreign beers, with brewery and distributor representatives on hand. There will also be a live entertainment; a homebrewing demonstration; food, including barbecue, bratwurst, and hoagies; and games.

8: Suds and Snow, Traverse City, MI

The eighth annual Suds & Snow will be held at on the trails at Timber Ridge RV & Recreation Resort in Traverse City. This afternoon event will feature beer from ten breweries, along with wine. There will also be a beer garden, live music, a bike race, games and contests, ice bars, hot food, and bonfires. Part of the proceeds will go to Child & Family Services and TART Trails.

8: Westside Tastes and Brews, Atlanta, GA

The 2014 Westside Tastes and Brews will be held at Atlanta Food Truck Park & Market. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers and wines, six food samples from six food trucks, and live entertainment. Part of the proceeds will go to Governor's Glen Senior Support Services.

9: Capitol Beer Fest, Sacramento, CA

The fourth annual Capitol Beer Fest will be held at a new venue, Capitol Mall in downtown Sacramento. This afternoon event will feature more than 300 craft beers, from over 100 breweries including every brewery in the Sacramento area. Food vendors will be on hand. VIP tickets, with early admission, a special selection of beer, and complimentary food, are available. All the proceeds will be given to the Runnin’ for Rhett Youth Fitness Program.

12-15: Beer Festival at SIBA BeerX, Sheffield, England

SIBA, the Society of Independent Brewers, presents SIBA 2014, which will take place at IceSheffield. This four-day event will bring together all facets of British brewing including brewers, licensees, hop growers, suppliers, industry friends, politicians, and beer drinkers. The Beer Festival will feature more than 300 beers, all of which have won heats in regional SIBA beer competitions. There will also be live music Friday and Saturday evenings.

13-15: Beertopia, Hong Kong SAR, China

The third annual Beertopia Hong Kong returns to the West Kowloon Waterfront. This event, which has been expanded to three days, is Hong Kong's largest international craft beer festival. It will feature more than 400 beers from around the world along with live music, food, games, and a "Singles Tent." All-weekend passes are available.

12-15: Brazilian Beer Festival, Blumenau, Brazil

The 2014 Brazilian Beer Festival will be held at Parque Vila Germanica in Blumenau. Recent editions of this four-day event will feature around 500 beers, including more than 200 from Brazil, with over 60 breweries represented; an educational program; rock, blues, Celtic, and samba music; and dozens of food choices. The festival website is entirely in Portuguese.

12-14: London Drinker Beer and Cider Festival, London, England

The North London Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 30th London Drinker Beer and Cider Festival, which will take place at the Camden Centre, opposite St Pancras Station in London. This three-day event, which this year commemorates London's double-decker buses, will feature more than 150 beers, ciders, perries, and imported beers. Food, served by CAMRA volunteers, will be available for purchase; and there will be a CAMRA stand, a tombola, and a games stand.

12-15: Leicester Beer Festival, Leicester, England

The Leicester Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 2014 Leicester Beer Festival, which will take place at the Charotar Patidar Samaj. Recent editions of this festival have featured more than 220 beers, including festival specials, with most Leicestershire and Rutland breweries represented. A range of beers brewed within a 25-mile radius of Leicester will be available at LocAle Bars, and ciders and perries will be served. Stilton cobs, pork pies, and other English food, as well as a selection of curries, will be available for purchase.

13-15: Booze on the Ouse, St Neots, England

The Huntingdon Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 38th annual "Booze on the Ouse," the St Neots Beer Festival, which will take place at the Priory Centre in St Neots. Organizers expect to have more than 60 Real Ales, along with Real Cider and perry and bottled foreign beer. There will also be cold food for purchase, CAMRA and breweriana stands, and an "Everyone's a Winner" tombola.

13-15: Bristol Beer Festival, Bristol, England

The Bristol & District Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 17th annual Bristol Beer Festival, which will take place at Brunel's Old Station in Bristol. Organizers expect to have around 130 Real Ales "from near and far," along with a range of ciders and perries. Food will be available at all sessions.

13-15: Burton Beer Festival, Burton-on-Trent, England

The Burton & South Derbyshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 35th annual Burton Beer Festival, which will take place at Town Hall in Burton-on-Trent. This three-day event will feature more than 60 Real Ales, along with a selection of Real Ciders, perries, and country wines. There will be live entertainment in the evening, hot and cold food will be available, and local vendors will be on hand during daytime sessions.

13-15: Leeds Beer, Cider and Perry Festival, Pudsey, England

The Leeds Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 21st annual Leeds Beer, Cider and Perry Festival, which will take place at Pudsey Civic Hall. Organizers expect to have 200 Real Ales (this year’s theme is "Films"); traditional Real Cider and Real Perry, including products from lesser-known areas; a Global Beer Bar; and a Mild Trail. There will also be performances by local musicians, hot and cold food, "beery stalls," a snack emporium, and a tombola.

13-14: North Wales Beer Festival, Wrexham, Wales

The 2014 North Wales Beer Festival will be held at Centenary Lounge, Glyndwr University, Wrexham Football Club, in Wrexham. This two-day event will feature 50 Real Ales from UK breweries, along with around 15 ciders and perries. The Champion Beer of North Wales competition will take place at the festival. Entertainment is scheduled for Friday and Saturday evenings, hot and cold food will be available, and there will be pub games.

14-22: Charlotte Craft Beer Week, Charlotte, NC

The fifth annual Charlotte Craft Beer Week, a ten-day "grassroots celebration of craft beer," will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues throughout the Charlotte area. The headline event is the All Ale to the Queen Beer Carnival, which officially closes Beer Week. There will be more than 100 other events including beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

14-15: Great Canadian Beer Expo-Moncton, Moncton, NB, Canada

The Moncton stop on the 2014 Great Canadian Beer Expo will be held at Casino New Brunswick. This two-day event will feature more than 120 domestic and imported beers, along with an educational program. Food will be available for purchase, and one festival-goer will win a trip for two to Munich's Oktoberfest. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

14-16: Hawkshead Brewery Spring Beer Festival, Staveley, England

The Hawkshead Brewery will host the 2014 Spring Beer Festival, which will take place in the brewery's Beer Hall. This three-day event will feature more than 50 beers from independent breweries, and a collaborative beer has been added to this year's lineup. All of the beers will be served on hand pulls. 14-15: Winslow Beer Festival, Winslow, England

The Winslow Lions Club, in association with the Campaign for Real Ale, presents the ninth annual Winslow Beer Festival. It will take place at the Winslow Public Hall. Recent editions of this festival have featured more than 40 beers, ciders, and perries. Friday evening's session will be opened by John Bercow MP, Speaker of the House of Commons. Six Nations rugby matches will be shown on television during Saturday's matinee session.

15: Craft Brews & Chicago Blues Festival, Delevan, WI

Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan will host the third annual Craft Brews & Chicago Blues Festival. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers from 25 craft breweries throughout the country. Bluesman Michael Coleman will perform, food will be available, and there will be a silent auction to benefit the Lakeland Animal Shelter. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available.

15: Fairfax Beer Festival, Fairfax, CA

The Fairfax Chamber of Commerce presents the 19th annual Fairfax Brewfest, which will take place at the Pavilion in downtown Fairfax. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 20 breweries, served in indoor and outdoor beer gardens. Festival-goers are invited to vote for Best Brew. There will also be live music, along with pub food including corned beef sandwiches and grilled sausages. The festival is a benefit for the Chamber.

15: Hard Liver Barleywine Fest, Seattle, WA

Brouwer's Cafe, a beer bar in Seattle, will host the 12th annual Hard Liver Barleywine Fest. This all-day event will feature strong beer from more than 55 breweries from around the world. Many of the beers will be from Washington State and the West, and the some of the selections will be vintage editions.

15: Liquorland New Zealand Beer Festival, Auckland, New Zealand

Liquorland presents the 2014 Auckland edition of the New Zealand Beer Festival, which will take place at The Cloud on Queens Wharf in Auckland. This all-day event will feature more than 150 beers from over 30 breweries, most of them from New Zealand. A variety of musical groups are scheduled to perform, and a wide range of food will be available for purchase.

15: Pouring At The Coast, Seaside, OR

The Seaside Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Oregon Brewers Guild, presents the 2014 edition of Pouring At The Coast. It will take place at the Seaside Convention Center. This evening event will feature a selection of Oregon beers (nearly 20 breweries have been represented in recent years), along with live music, an educational program, and food for purchase. There will also be a Brewers' Dinner the evening before the festival itself.

15: Roswell Beer Festival, Roswell, GA

The 2014 Roswell Beer Festival will be held at historic Town Square Park. This afternoon event, which benefits the Star House Foundation Charity, will feature more than 50 craft beers. There will also be live music, food from Roswell restaurants, and "an epic cornhole tournament."

15: Shamrock Beer Bash, Washington, DC

Shamrock Beer Bash 2014 will be held in the lots across the street from Nationals Park in Washington. There will be afternoon and evening sessions, each with more than 75 beers. There will also be live entertainment and lawn games, and DC food trucks will be at the festival site.

15: Suwanee American Craft Beer Fest, Suwanee, GA

The fourth annual Suwanee American Craft Beer Fest will be held at Town Center Park in the heart of Suwanee. This afternoon event will feature more than 250 beers, including special festival beers, from over 100 breweries from across the country. Brewery representatives will be on hand. There will also be a homebrew competition, live music from local artists, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, a special selection of beer, and catered food, are available. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Kingdom Kids.

15: Wings & Brew Fest, Welch, MN

Treasure Island Resort & Casino, in Welch, will host a Wings & Brew Fest. This afternoon/evening event will feature beer from 40 craft breweries, ten area restaurants will serve wings, and beer-related merchandise will be on sale. Festival-goers are invited to vote for the People’s Choice award for both beer and wings.

17-23: Boston Beer Week, Boston, MA

Beer Advocate magazine presents Boston Beer Week 2014, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in Greater Boston. The headline event is the Extreme Beer Fest (listed separately on the calendar). Other events include beer dinners, meet-the-brewer events, pub crawls, trivia contests, beer releases, and special tastings.

21-22: Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival, Timonium, MD

Trigger Agency, LLC, presents the Timonium stop on the 2014 Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival tour. It will take place at the Cow Palace on the Timonium Fairgrounds. Friday evening's "Whole Hog Pig Pickin" will feature a barbecue dinner, unlimited bourbon and beer tasting, and four pit masters on hand. On Saturday afternoon, the regular session will feature unlimited sampling of 60 beers and 40 bourbons; live rock and blues music; barbecue and other foods; and seminars led by master distillers, brewmasters, and pit masters. Saturday VIP tickets with early admission, and all-session "Grand Poobah" tickets, are available. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Spirit of Hope Children's Foundation.

21-29: Colorado Beer Week, various locations, CO

The Colorado Brewers Guild presents the 2014 Colorado Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues throughout Colorado. The headline event is Collaboration Fest in Denver. There will many other events, such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

21-22: Extreme Beer Fest, Boston, MA

BeerAdvocate.com presents the 2014 Extreme Beer Fest, which will take place at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. This two-day, three-session event will feature an expanded selection of more than 240 "extreme" beers from over 60 breweries. The lineup at this year's event will include "extreme session beers," with less than 5% ABV. Food will be available for purchase, and limited number of tickets are available for the festival's educational session.

21-22: Prescot Cables FC Beer Festival, Prescot, England

The Prescot Cables Football Club will host its fourth annual Beer Festival. This two-day event will feature 24 Real Ales, sourced by the Liverpool Organic Brewery. There will be a match between Prescot Cables FC and Darlington on Saturday afternoon.

21-22: Winchester Real Ale and Cider Festival, Winchester, England

The South Hants Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 2014 Winchester Real Ale and Cider Festival, which will take place at the Winchester Guildhall. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions both days. Recent editions of this festival have featured around 75 Real Ales, ciders, perries, and foreign bottled beers, along with hot and cold food and live entertainment.

22: 4B Fest, New Haven, CT

The inaugural 4B Festival ("Bourbon, Bacon, Beer, and Barbecue") will be held at The Old Trolley Barn in New Haven. There will be afternoon and evening sessions, each with a selection of craft beers and bourbons. There will also be homebrewing and barbecue competitions, live local music and other entertainment, food samplings from pit masters and chefs, and an art display. Part of the proceeds go to United Way of Greater New Haven.

22: All Ale to the Queen Beer Carnival, Charlotte, NC

The inaugural All Ale to the Queen Beer Carnival will be held at the North Carolina Music Factory in Charlotte. This event, which officially closes Charlotte Craft Beer Week, will feature more than 100 craft-brewed beers, with brewery representatives in attendance. There will be a friendly beer-themed competition, and carnival-style entertainment including live music, aerial artists, hula hoopers, and costumed performers. The festival charity is Girls on the Run.

22: Art of Beer Festival, Benton Harbor, MI

The fourth annual Art of Beer Festival will be held at Lake Michigan College's Mendel Center in Benton Harbor. This evening event will feature more than 100 microbrewed beers, many of them from the Great Lakes region. There will also be live music by Slim Gypsy Baggage and food from local restaurants.

22: Beer on the Boards, Point Beach Pleasant, NJ

BeerHeads.com presents Beer on the Boards 2014, which will take place at Martell's Tiki Bar on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with more than 60 beers from over 30 breweries. Brewery representatives will be on hand, and several newly-opened New Jersey breweries will be represented. A food buffet included in the price of admission. Part of the proceeds will go to the Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce.

22: Chicago Beer Festival, Chicago, IL

Drink Eat Play presents the third annual Chicago Beer Festival, which will take place at Union Station. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with beer from more than 50 domestic and international breweries, including some in Chicago and the Midwest.

22: Collaboration Fest, Denver, CO

Imbibe and the Colorado Brewers Guild present the inaugural Collaboration Festival, which will take place at The Curtis Hotel in Denver. This late-afternoon event will feature more than 20 Colorado-brewed collaboration beers, with at least one Guild member participating in the making of each. 22: Electric City Beer Festival, Anderson, SC

The 2014 Electric City Beer Festival will take place at Carolina Wren Park in Anderson. This afternoon event, which is part of the Great American Craft Beer Tour, will feature around 150 beers from 50 breweries, many of them local. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

22: FirkFest, Anaheim, CA

FirkFest 2014, "a festival of firkins," will be held at Farmers Park in Anaheim. This afternoon event will feature cask ale from 30 southern California breweries. Local artisanal food vendors will be on-site. The festival is a benefit for the Anaheim Family YMCA.

22: Great American BBQ & Beer Festival, Chandler, AZ

Bashas' presents the fourth annual Great American BBQ & Beer Festival, which will take place at Dr. AJ Chandler Park in downtown Chandler. This all-day event will feature 200 kegs of craft-brewed beer and barbecue vendors selling more than 20,000 pounds of ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and chicken. Twelve bands are scheduled to perform on two stages, and there will also exhibitors, a kids' zone, and games and contests.

22: Greater Gator Beer Festival, Gainesville, FL

Florida Beer Festivals presents the 18th annual Greater Gator Beer Festival, which will take place at Magnolia Parke in Gainesville. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers, unlimited food samples from area restaurants, and live entertainment. 22: Heidel House Brew Fest, Green Lake, WI

Heidel House Resort & Spa, in Green Lake, will host a Brew Fest. This afternoon/evening event will feature more than 100 beers from nearly 30 Wisconsin breweries, with brewery representatives on hand. There will also be appetizers and live entertainment.

22: MarchFest, Nelson, New Zealand

Dead Good Beer Events presents MarchFest 2014, which will take place Nelson's Founders Heritage Park. There will be "Brew Zone" talks and demonstrations and food and beer pairings. Six musical acts are scheduled to perform, and there will be food stalls and a kid's zone.

Bradley Marketing, Inc., presents the third annual Missouri Beer Festival. It will take place at a new and larger venue, the Holiday Inn Expo Center in Columbia. This afternoon event will feature more than 125 craft beers, many of them from Missouri; and brewery representatives will be on hand. 22: New Orleans International Beer Festival, New Orleans, LA

The 2014 New Orleans International Beer Festival will be held at Champions Square. This afternoon event will feature more than 150 domestic and imported beers, including special festival beers. 22: Spring Craft Beer Festival, Uniondale, NY

Starfish Junction Productions presents the eighth annual Spring Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. This event will consist of afternoon and evening sessions, each with a beer garden serving more than 100 beers from over 50 craft breweries from around the country, including beer brewed on Long Island. Food will be available for purchase, and there will be demonstrations and a presentations.

22-23: Spring Equinox Beer & Cider Festival, Horsham, England

The North Sussex Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the inaugural Spring Equinox Beer & Cider Festival, which will take place at the Drill Hall in Horsham's town centre. This two-day event will feature more than 50 beers, along with a selection of Real Ciders and perries. Food will be available for purchase.

22: Tupelo Craft Beer Festival, Tupelo, MS

Rhizome Productions presents the inaugural Tupelo Craft Beer Festival, which will take place downtown at Fair Park. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers. There will also be a beer education program, live music, and food from local restaurants. There will be a beer dinner the evening before the festival itself. The festival charities are the Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association and the Tupelo Lee Humane Society.

22: War Horse Brew Fest, Geneva, NY

War Horse Brewing Company presents the fourth annual War Horse Brew Fest, which will take place at Three Brothers Wineries and Estates in Geneva. A number of local breweries (there were ten last year) will be represented at this afternoon event. There will also be a homebrewing contest. Last year's festival also featured live music, a broadcast by 99.3 "The Wall"; and food and merchandise vendors.

22: Washington Brewers Guild Cask Festival, Seattle, WA

The Washington Brewers Guild presents the 2014 Cask Festival, which will take place at Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with cask-conditioned beer from more than 40 Washington State breweries. Food, including hot dogs, pretzels, and artisan cheese, will be available for purchase. The festival is a fund-raiser for the Guild.

26-29: New England Real Ale Exhibition (NERAX), Somerville, MA

The Cask-Conditioned Ale Support Campaign presents the 18th annual New England Real Ale Exhibition (NERAX), which will take place at a new venue, the Aeronaut Urban Farmhouse in Somerville. This year's event has been expanded to five tasting sessions, each with a selection of more than 100 cask-conditioned ales including ales from England, Scotland, and Wales and the U.S., mostly from New England. There will also be musical entertainment, barbecue from Redbones for purchase, and merchandise on sale.

27-31: Green Man Spring Ale Festival, Kingsdown, England

The Green Man, a public house in Kingsdown, will hold a Spring Ale Festival. This four-day event, to be hosted by Helen and Krishna, will feature more than 20 ales and ciders. There will also be food, including a hog roast.

28: Bankers Hill Art & Craft Beer Festival, San Diego, CA

The Bankers Hill Business Group and the San Diego Brewers Guild present the second annual Bankers Hill Art & Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at The Abbey, one of San Diego's most historic venues. This evening event will feature beer from more than 15 local craft breweries. There will also be food from San Diego chefs and art installations from Bankers Hill artists. 

28-29: Chippenham Beer and Cider Festival, Chippenham, England

The North West Wiltshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 23rd annual Chippenham Beer and Cider Festival, which will take place in the sports hall at the Olympiad Leisure Centre. Recent editions of his two-day, three-session festival have featured more than 90 Real Ales, ciders, and perries, along with live music Saturday evening.

28-29: Cincinnati Craft Breweries' Starkbierfest, Cincinnati, OH

Listerman Brewing Company will host the second annual Cincinnati Craft Breweries' Starkbierfest. This two-day celebration is a family-friendly version of Munich's centuries-old Lenten celebration of strong beer. Fourteen Cincinnati-area breweries will brew a special beer for this event. There will also be a ceremonial keg-tapping; live music; and food for purchase, including "kegs and eggs" Saturday morning. 

29: Ales For Anglers, Boca Raton, FL

Ales for Anglers 2014 will be held at the Sunset Cove Amphitheater in Boca Raton. This afternoon/evening event will feature a selection of commercially brewed and home-brewed beers from Florida. Four live acts are scheduled to perform. Proceeds will go to the Snook & Gamefish Foundation.

29-April 5: Annapolis Beer Week, various locations, Annapolis, MD

Annapolis Beer Week 2014 will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Annapolis. The highlight event of this eight-day celebration of craft beer are Drafts and Laughs and the Maryland Chicken Wing and Beer Festival. There will be many other events, including a Beer Run on opening day, include beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

29: Beer, Bourbon and Bacon Festival, Fort Wayne, IN

Rock104, Oldies102.9, and WILD96.3 presents the inaugural Beer, Bourbon and Bacon Festival, which will take place at he Fort Wayne Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory. This evening event will feature beer from local and national breweries, a selection of bourbons from Kentucky and Indiana, and bacon-themed items from local restaurants.

29: Canberra Beer Festival, Canberra, NCT, Australia

The seventh annual Canberra Beer Festival will be held at the Mercure Canberra hotel. The festival, formerly known as the National Capital Craft Beer Festival, will feature more than 80 craft-brewed beers and ciders, with brewers in attendance. There will also be live entertainment, food from local gourmet stores, beer and food pairings; and games and contests, children's activities, and prize giveaways.

29: East Orlando Beer Festival, Orlando, FL

Florida Beer Festivals presents the 2014 East Orlando Beer Festival, which will take place at the Waterford Lakes Town Center in Orlando. This late-afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers, unlimited food samples from area restaurants, and live entertainment. VIP tickets, with a food buffet and complimentary wine and a cigar, are available.

29: Great Kiwi Beer Festival, Christchurch, New Zealand

The 2014 Great Kiwi Beer Festival will take place at Hagley Park in Christchurch. This day-long festival will feature more than 100 local, national, and international beers, with industry experts in attendance. There will also be live music, an educational program, beer and food pairing, and cooking demonstrations.

29: Hops & Handrails, Longmont, CO

Left Hand Brewing Company will host the 2014 Hops & Handrails Beer Fest & Rail Jam. This family-friendly afternoon event will feature beer from more than 20 Colorado craft breweries, served alongside a 25-foot-high ski ramp. There will also be live music, snowboarding, local food, and merchandise vendors. Proceeds will go to SOS Outreach, A Woman’s Work, and the Colorado Brewers Guild.

29: Myrtle Beach Beer Festival, North Myrtle Beach, SC

Myrtle Beach Beer Festivals present the sixth annual Myrtle Beach Beer & Wine Festival, which will take place at the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with more than 100 beers, many of them high-gravity or brewed in the Southeast. Recent festivals have also featured live entertainment and a variety of vendors.

29: Northern Lights Rare Beer Fest, St. Paul, MN

Chop Liver Craft Beer Festivals presents the 2014 Northern Lights Rare Beer Fest, which will take place at the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul. This evening event will feature 60 beers from 30 breweries, including ten from Minnesota. The beers will be either hard to find, brewed before 2012, or brewed specially for the festival. There will be live music, along with complimentary food by Bon Appetit. All proceeds will go to Pints for Prostates.

29: Penumbra Beer Bash, Seattle, WA

The 2014 Penumbra Beer Bash will take place at King's Hall in Seattle. This afternoon/evening event will feature beer from more than 25 Pacific Northwest breweries. Brewers will take part in the "Randall" competition, which features unusual ingredients. Six live bands are scheduled to perform, there will be DJ music and live art performances, and food trucks will be at the venue. VIP tickets, with a special selection of beers and an exclusive musical performance, are available. This event is a benefit for The Genius Foundation.

29-30: Portland Farmhouse & Wild Ale Festival, Portland, OR

Saraveza Bottle Shop and Pasty Tavern and The Bad Habit Room will host the second annual Portland Farmhouse & Wild Ale Festival. This two-day event will feature an expanded selection of more than 30 French- and Belgian-inspired farmhouse-style ales. There will also be an educational program led by brewers, and food will be available for purchase.

29: Roar on the Shore, Luxemburg, WI

The Kewaunee and Dyckesville Lions Clubs present the eighth annual Roar on the Shore Beer and Wine Festival, which will take place at the Kewaunee County Fairgrounds in Luxemburg. This afternoon event will feature microbrewed beer, with an emphasis on beer brewed in Wisconsin and Michigan, along with a selection of wines from the region. This event will benefit the Lions Clubs' charitable and civic activities.

29: Smugglers' Notch Brewfest, Part 2, Jeffersonville, VT

Smugglers' Notch, a ski resort in Jeffersonville, will host Part 2 of its 19th annual Brewfest. This evening event, to be held in the Meeting House, will feature local and regional beers and wines, appetizers from the resort's Mountain Grille, and DJ music.

29: Toronto's Festival of Beer: The Spring Sessions, Toronto, ON, Canada

Toronto's Festival of Beer presents The Spring Sessions, which will take place at Evergreen Brick Works. This afternoon/evening event will feature beer from more than 20 breweries and food vendors, with most of the beer brewed in Ontario. There will be a 911 Beer Garden Gala, honoring Toronto's first responders, the evening before the festival itself.

29: Zapp's International Brewfest, Baton Rouge, LA

Zapp's Potato Chips presents the 2014 Zapp's International Brewfest, which will take place at the Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge. This late-afternoon event will feature more than 200 domestic and imported beers, including a selection of home-brewed beers. Jambalaya will be available. All proceeds will benefit the museum.
