May 22-1: Norwich City of Ale, Norwich, England

Norwich City of Ale 2014 will be held at more than 40 public houses in the "Fine City" of Norwich. This ten-day celebration kicks off with a Launch Party at St Gregory’s Church. Other events will include beer walks, a Brewers' Market, beer and food pairings, pub quizzes, special tastings, and meet-the-brewer events.

May 29-1: Bierbörse, Haltern am See, Germany

The inaugural Haltern am See edition of Bierboerse, a series of beer festivals held across Germany, will take place in the Cardinal von Galen Park.. Hundreds of beers, including hard-to-find German microbrews, will be served in a Biergarten atmosphere. There will also be live entertainment, food for purchase, breweriana, and artisans' stands. The Bierboerse website is entirely in German.

May 29-1: Bierbörse, Pforzheim, Germany

The second annual Pforzheim edition of Bierboerse, a series of beer festivals held across Germany, will take place in the city's pedestrian zone. Hundreds of beers, including hard-to-find German microbrews, will be served in a Biergarten atmosphere. There will also be live entertainment, food for purchase, breweriana, and artisans' stands. The Bierboerse website is entirely in German.

May 30-7: Frederick Beer Week, Frederick, MD

The fourth annual Frederick Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Frederick. The headline event is the Maryland Craft Beer Festival, and Beer Week will close with Beerfest at the Farm. There will be many other events such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

May 30-8: Philly Beer Week, Philadelphia, PA

The seventh annual Philly Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Philadelphia. It traditionally kicks off with the Opening Tap. Other headline events will include the Hammer of Glory Relay and the International Great Beer Expo. There were hundreds of other events including beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

May 30-7: Vancouver Craft Beer Week, Vancouver, BC, Canada

The fifth annual Vancouver Craft Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in metropolitan Vancouver. This nine-day celebration will consist of daily headline events, including the VCBW Beer Festival. There will be many other events, including beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, rock concerts, release parties, tap takeovers, and specially-priced drinks.

May 31-1: Festival der Bierkulturen, Cologne, Germany

Cologne’s Braustelle presents the fifth annual Festival der Bierkulturen, which will take place at Braustelle/Bürgerzentrum Ehrenfeld in Cologne. This two-day event will feature beers from around 25 breweries, with both classic German beers and beers not brewed to Reinheitsgebot standards. The festival website is entirely in German.

May 31-1: Great Japan Beer Festival, Tokyo, Japan

The Japan Craft Beer Association presents the Great Japan Beer Festival 2014-Osaka, which will take place at Ebisu Garden Hall. More than 120 microbrewed beers will be available for sampling.

May 31-1: It's Only Rock & Roll & Beer Fest, Canadensis, PA

Daniels Resort, in Canadensis, will host the inaugural It's Only Rock & Roll & Beer Fest. This two-day event will feature a selection of local craft beers, along with a judged homebrew competition. Festival-goers are invited to vote for the “People’s Choice” award winner. There will also be live rock music both days.

May 31-1: Santee Street Fair & Craft Beer Festival, Santee, SC

The 2014 Santee Street Fair & Craft Beer Festival will be held at Riverview Parkway and Town Center Parkway. Saturday’s session will feature 40 beers from regional breweries, and Sunday’s session will feature ten beers from five Santee-area breweries. The beer tastings are part of the annual Street Fair, with 300 food and merchandise vendors, live performances on two stages, and carnival rides.

Columbia Distributing and Pizza Schmizza present the fourth annual PDX Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in Portland, Oregon. Headline events of this 11-day celebration include the Portland Fruit Beer Festival, Rye Beer Festival, and Beer & Cheese Festival. There will be many other events such as educational events, beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

6-7: Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival, National Harbor, MD

Trigger Agency, LLC, presents the Washington-area edition of the 2014 Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival. It will take place on the waterfront and piers at National Harbor. This two-day event will consist of a Friday evening "Whole Hog Pig Pickin’ Session" and a Saturday afternoon "Bacon Session,” each with unlimited sampling of 60 beers and 40 bourbons; live bluegrass music; food, including barbecue and Southern specialties; and seminars led by master distillers, brewmasters, and pit masters. Saturday VIP tickets, with early admission, an expanded selection of bacon dishes, and special stage access, are available.

6-7: Beer Fest, St. John's, NL, Canada

The Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation presents the sixth annual Beer Fest, which will take place at the St. John's Convention Centre. This two-evening event will feature more than 100 beers and ciders, served in a beer garden atmosphere. Many of the beers served will be new to the area. There will also be a tasting panel (extra admission charge), interactive demonstrations, live music, and food for purchase.

6-7: Edmonton Craft Beer Festival, Edmonton, BC, Canada

Sobeys Liquor presents the 2014 Edmonton Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at the Expo Center at Northlands. This two-day event will feature more 400 beers from around 100 breweries, many of them from Canada. There will also be an educational program, including food and beer pairings; live entertainment; and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. This year’s festival charity is the Edmonton Food Bank.

6-8: Hanoverian Beer Festival, Hanover, Germany

The second Hanoverian Beer Festival will be held in Hanover's Altstadt. This three-day event will feature beer from German and international breweries. There will also be musical entertainment, food to pair with the beer, an educational program, and prize drawings. The festival website is entirely in German.

6-7: Omaha Beer Fest, Omaha, NE

Urban Events, Inc., presents the fifth annual Omaha Beer Fest, which will take place at Stinson Park at Aksarben Village in Omaha. The two-day event will feature hundreds of craft beers from around 50 breweries, with brewmasters and brewery representatives on hand. There will also be Beer Academy classes, a Homebrewer Expo, live music, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beer and food, are available for Saturday's session. The festival charity is Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy.

6-8: Portland Fruit Beer Festival, Portland, OR

The fourth annual Portland Fruit Beer Festival will be held outside Burnside Brewing Company in Portland. This outdoor, family-friendly event, which has been expanded to three days, will feature fruit beers from more than 30 breweries. Many of the beers will be brewed exclusively for the festival. There will also be a fruit homebrew competition, and food from the brewery’s kitchen will be available for purchase.

6-7: Sarnia Beer Show, Sarnia, ON, Canada

The second annual Sarnia Beer Show will be held downtown at the Bayside Centre. This two-day event, which is part of Sarnia’s Artwalk Weekend, will feature beer from around 20 breweries, most of them from the region. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

7: Anderson Brew Fest, Anderson, IN

The inaugural Anderson Brew Fest will be held at Town Center Plaza. This afternoon event will feature beer from 16 Indiana breweries, and a “Craftiest Brew” competition. There will also be music from local bands, food for purchase, and artwork on display. The festival charities are Epic Initiatives and the Project Brewify Fund.

7: Beer Barons World of Beer Festival, Menomonee Falls, WI

The Beer Barons of Milwaukee present the 11th annual Beer Barons World of Beer Festival, which will take place at Schwabenhof in Menomonee Falls. This afternoon event will feature more than 200 beers from around the world, including some hard-to-find beers and special releases. Beer from several homebrew clubs, along with a selection of meads and ciders, will also be served. There will also be an educational program; and food, including a pig roast, will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available.

7: Beerfest at the Farm, Mt. Airy, MD

The fourth annual Beerfest at the Farm will be held at Stillpoint Farm, a hop farm in Mt. Airy. This family-friendly afternoon event will feature beer from throughout Maryland. There will also be live music, food for purchase, and craft vendors. Proceeds will benefit local non-profits.

7: Big Lick Beertopia, Roanoke, VA

The Roanoke Jaycees present the Big Lick Beertopia 2014, which will take place at Lewis Gale Field, the home of the Salem Red Sox. This afternoon event will feature beer from an more than 45 breweries. There will also be a homebrew competition, live bands, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with all-you-can-eat food and beverages, are available. Part of the proceeds will go to local charities.

7: Blue Hop Brew HaHa, Johnson City, TN

Superfly Fabulous Events presents the inaugural Blue Hop Brew HaHa, which will take place in downtown Johnson City. This afternoon event will feature 20 craft beers, with local breweries Holston River Brewing Company and Green Man Brewing Company represented. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

7: Boulder SourFest, Boulder, CO

Avery Brewing Company presents the fifth Annual Boulder SourFest, which will take place in the brewery's Tap Room. This afternoon event will feature a selection of rare sour or wild beers made with bacteria and/or wild yeast. Food will be available for purchase. Proceeds will go to the family of a child who is suffering from leukemia.

7: Brookhaven Beer Fest, Brookhaven, GA

The fourth annual Brookhaven Beer Fest will take place at Apple Valley Park in Brookhaven, behind the MARTA station. This afternoon/evening event will feature more than 150 domestic and imported beers. Two live bands and DJ Suspense are scheduled to perform, and food will be available for purchase. Part of the proceeds will go to the Atlanta Fundraising Foundation.

7: Charlevoix Craft Beer Festival, Charlevoix, MI

Bridge Street Tap Room presents the 2014 Charlevoix Craft Beer Festival, which will take place in Bridge Park, next to the Tap Room’s to-be-opened facility. This afternoon event will feature beer from breweries across Michigan, and food will be available for purchase. There will be beer and food at a number of Charlevoix restaurants the evening before the tasting itself.

7: Collingham Real Ale Festival, Collingham, England

The fourth annual Collingham Real Ale Festival will be held at Memorial Halls. This all-day event will feature 25 Yorkshire-brewed Real Ales and ciders; live entertainment, including live music and morris dancing; and a food festival area, with a hog roast and Spanish-style food. There will also be a “Meet the Landlord” beer tasting and supper the evening before the festival itself. Proceeds will go to the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association.

7: Davis Beerfest, Davis, CA

Citizens Who Care and the Sudwerk Brewing Company present the tenth annual Davis Beerfest, which will take place at the brewery. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 craft beers. Brewers will be in attendance, and festival-goers are invited to tour the brewery. There will also be live music, food for purchase, and a prize raffle. Proceeds benefit Citizens Who Care, which aids the elderly.

7: Great Northern Beer Festival, Eagle River, WI

The 2014 Great Northern Beer Festival will be held on the Festival Grounds at Hi-Pines Campground in Eagle River. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 30 breweries, most of them from Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest, along with home-brewed beer from the local homebrew club. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase. Proceeds will be given to several local charities.

7: Hop Blossom Craft Beer Festival, Winchester, VA

The second annual Hop Blossom Craft Beer Festival will be held in Winchester's Old Town. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 30 breweries, one-third of which will be from the area. There will also be a homebrew competition and live entertainment. VIP tickets, with early admission and a complimentary buffet, are available. The festival charity is GoodDogz.org, a dog-rescue organization.

7-8: Houston Beer Festival, Houston, TX

The fourth Houston Beer Festival will be held in Sam Houston Park behind City Hall. This event, which has been expanded to two days, will feature beer from more than 150 breweries including some brewed in Texas. There will also be continuous live music, food for purchase, and games. VIP tickets are available.

7: Lower Hudson Valley Craft Beer Festival, Nanuet, NY

The second annual spring edition of the Lower Hudson Valley Craft Beer Festival will be held in the outdoor area of Growler & Gill Craft Beer Shoppe in Nanuet. There will be afternoon and evening sessions, each with more than 50 domestic breweries, many of them from the area. There will also be live music, barbecue from Bailey’s Smokehouse, and retail merchandise for sale. VIP tickets, with early admission, a special selection of beers, and the opportunity to meet with brewery personnel, are available.

7: Mid MO Beer Festival, Mexico, MO

The Knights of Columbus present the inaugural Mid MO Beer Festival, which will take place at Mexico Knights of Columbus Park, one mile north of town. This afternoon event will feature a variety of craft beer, along with live music. All proceeds will go to the Knights' projects and charities.

7: Mountain Brewers Beer Fest, Twin Falls, ID

The North American Brewers Association presents the 20th annual Mountain Brewers Beer Fest. which will take place at Sandy Downs Racetrack in Twin Falls. This afternoon event will feature more than 600 beers from over 80 domestic and foreign breweries, many of them from the Mountain West. The Association's annual judged beer competition will take place in connection with the festival. There will also be live music, food for purchase, a prize raffle, and a live auction. Parking is free. Part of the proceeds will go to several local charities.

7: Mountain Park Beer Festival, Mountain Park, GA

The 2014 Mountain Park Beer Festival will be held inside the Mountain Park Wildlife Preserve. This afternoon event, to take place on a green between two wooded lakes, will feature beer from more than 20 local and national brweries. There will also be live music, food and craft items for purchase, and an area for children. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers and food, are available. Part of the proceeds will go toward reclaiming and protecting waterways inside the park.

7: Mundelein Craft Beer Festival, Mundelein, IL

Mundelein Community Connections and Tighthead Brewing Company present the third annual Mundelein Craft Beer Festival. This afternoon event will take place at the brewery. It will feature beer from Tighthead and around 25 other craft breweries, most of them from Chicago and Illinois. There will also be live music by two live bands, along with food for purchase. The festival is a benefit for the Mundelein Community Connection.

7: Panama City Beach Craft Beer Festival, Panama City, FL

The Fishale Gastro Pub, a beer bar and restaurant in Panama City, will host the 2014 Panama City Craft Beer Festival. This event will feature more than 100 beers from over 40 breweries. There will be live entertainment, and food will be available for purchase.

7: Pennsylvania Microbrewers Fest, Pittsburgh, PA

The Pennsylvania Brewing Company, in Pittsburgh, will host the 18th annual Pennsylvania Microbrewers Fest. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with beer from more than 25 craft breweries, including several from the region. The Flow Band and Joel Lindsey and Blvd. of the Allies Trio will perform; and there will be a buffet meal. Part of the proceeds from the Fest will benefit the Community Alliance of Spring Garden/East Deutschtown and Make-A-Wish.

7: Rotary Club of South Placer Brewfest, Rocklin, CA

The Rotary Club of South Placer presents the sixth annual Brewfest, which will take place at Johnson Springview Park in Rocklin. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 30 craft breweries. There will be live music, and food vendors will be at the festival site. All proceeds will go to the South Placer Rotary Foundation.

7: Sasquatch Brewfest, Eugene, OR

The Northwest Legends Foundation presents the 12th annual Sasquatch Brewfest, which this year moves to a new location, Eugene's Fermentation District. This all-day outdoor event will feature beer from Pacific Northwest breweries, including beers brewed specially for the festival. There will also be a homebrewing contest, live music, food booths, and a silent auction. A beer dinner will take place the evening before the festival. A large portion of the proceeds from the festival will be donated to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

7: Steel City Brew Fest, Pueblo, CO

The inaugural Steel City Brew Fest will be held in Gateway Park at The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk in Pueblo. This evening event, which is part of the city’s annual Boats, Bands and BBQ Festival, will feature beer from a variety of Colorado craft breweries. There will also be live entertainment, a barbecue competition, food and product vendors, a Kids Fun Zone, and a wing-eating competition The festival is a benefit for the HARP Foundation.

7: Three Valleys Festival, Dronfield, England

The Sheffield & District Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the Three Valleys Festival, which will take place in Dronfield. Thirteen venues, including suburban community pubs, town centre bars, classic country hostelries, and a farm brewery, are scheduled to take part. The venues will offer a selection of Real Ales, along with music, food for purchase, and other attractions. A free bus will run regularly between all the venues and the Dronfield railway station.

7: Wild Wine, Beer & Food Safari, Bridgeport, CT

The Beardsley Zoo, in Bridgeport, will host the 2014 Wild Wine, Beer & Food Safari. This evening event will feature more than 60 domestic and imported beers, along with over 100 wines. There will also be live entertainment, food from area restaurants, a silent auction, and a prize raffle.

7: Zoo Brew, Santa Barbara, CA

The Santa Barbara Zoo will host its fifth annual Zoo Brew. This afternoon event, which is a fund-raiser for the zoo, will feature tastings from more than 20 breweries, many of them from the Central Coast. There will be a special food menu, and merchandise will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and complimentary pub-fare appetizers, are available.

11-15: Beerfest Kosova, Pristina, Kosovo

Modus LLC presents the fourth annual Beerfest Kosova, which will take place at Sheshi Zahir Pajaziti in the center of Pristina. This five-day event, which is the first-ever beer festival to have been organized in Kosovo, will feature beer from 18 breweries from Kosovo and other countries in the region. There will also be live bands and DJs, and food from local restaurants. The festival website is entirely in Albanian.

11-15: Mondial de la Biere, Montreal, QC, Canada

The 21st annual Mondial de la Biere will be held indoors at the Palais des Congrès and outdoors on Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle in downtown Montreal. Organizers expect to have about 500 beers from around the world, including hard-to-find beers and with beers specially brewed for the festival. There will also be Quebec cider and other food specialties from the province, and the Mbeer series of conferences and seminars. Admission to the festival is free.

12-15: Beerfest Asia, Singapore

The sixth annual Beerfest Asia will take place at the Marina Promenade, Singapore's Formula 1 track. This four-day event (Thursday's session is trade-only) will feature around 400 beers from all over the world, along with cider, wine, and spirits. The entertainment lineup will include international tribute bands and Singapore and regional bands; a comedy lounge; and fringe activities, including bar games and competitions. VIP tickets, with free-flow beer, are available.

12-14: Braintree Real Ale Festival, Braintree, England

The Braintree Lions Club and the North West Essex Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale present the tenth annual Braintree Real Ale Festival, which will take place at the Bocking Arts Theatre. Recent editions of this festival have featured more than 50 Real Ales, ciders, and perries, with an emphasis on Essex breweries; and hot food at all sessions. This year’s festival charity is Bliss.

12-14: Hitchin Beer & Cider Festival, Hitchin, England

The North Hertfordshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale, the Hitchin Round Table, and the Hitchin Rugby Football Club present the 2014 Hitchin Beer & Cider Festival. It will take place on the grounds of the Hitchin RFC. This three-day event will feature more than 80 ales, along with a selection of ciders, perries, and foreign beers. A variety of food will be available for purchase.

12-14: Molalla Brew Fest, Molalla, OR

The fourth annual Molalla Brew Fest will be held downtown at the corner of Ross Street and Molalla Avenue. This three-day event will feature more than 25 craft beers, ciders, and wines. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. 

12-14: National Homebrewers Conference, Grand Rapids, M

The American Homebrewers Association’s 2014 National Homebrewers Conference will be held at DeVos Place, the Grand Rapids Convention Center. This three-day conference is a fun, educational gathering designed to enhance homebrewers’ skills and knowledge and promote homebrewing camaraderie. Its program of seminars and events are aimed at beer enthusiasts and amateur brewers of every level. There will also the National Homebrew Competition and awards ceremony, a Homebrew Expo, and a Club Night.

12-14: Wolverhampton Beer Festival, Wolverhampton, England

The Wolverhampton Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 39th annual Wolverhampton Beer Festival, which will take place at Wulfrun Hall. Recent editions of this festival have featured more than 75 Real Ales, along with ciders, perries, and foreign bottled beers; live entertainment; a charity tombola; a family room; and a CAMRA stall.

13-15: Beach BBQ & Brews Festival, Toronto, ON, Canada

The 2014 Beach BBQ & Brews Festival will be held at Woodbine Park on the east end of Toronto. This three-day family-friendly event will feature a wide variety of locally-brewed beers. There will also be live music, a free Ribfest with barbecue, grilling demonstrations, barbecue competitions, craft vendors, and a children’s area with rides.

13: Beer and Sake Festival, Valley Center, CA

The Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana presents the 12th annual Beer and Sake Festival, which will take place at a new venue, the Events Center at Harrah’s Rincon San Diego North in Valley Center. This evening event will feature a wide variety of Japanese sakes and beers, local craft beers, appetizers from local restaurants, and entertainment by ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro and San Diego Taiko. VIP tickets, with a special selection of sakes and appetizers, are available. Proceeds will support the society's educational and community outreach programs.

13-15: Bierbörse, Koblenz, Germany

The second annual Koblenz edition of Bierboerse, a series of beer festivals held across Germany, will take place at Rheinpromenade am Deutschen Eck. Hundreds of beers, including hard-to-find German microbrews, will be served in a Biergarten atmosphere. There will also be live entertainment, food for purchase, breweriana, and artisans' stands. The Bierboerse website is entirely in German.

13-15: Boulevardia, Kansas City, MO

The inaugural Boulevardia will be held in Kansas City’s West Bottoms district. This is a three-day beer, food and music festival. Friday evening is “Locals Night,” with beer and bands from the area. Saturday afternoon’s “Taps and Tastes Experience” will feature beer from 30 local and national breweries, along with food from a dozen Kansas City restaurants. On Sunday, there will be a Craft Distillers Festival. There will also be music and other entertainment, food for purchase, and merchandise vendors throughout the weekend.

13-14: Fremont Toyota Lander Brew Fest, Lander, WY

The 2014 Fremont Toyota Lander Brew Fest will be held on the soccer fields in Lander. This two-day event will feature a variety of beers from throughout the Mountain West. There will also be live music; a rugby tournament and a bicycle tour; and food, including burgers, brats, and pizza

13: Friday the Firkenteenth, Philadelphia, PA

Friday the Firkenteenth, held at the Grey Lodge in Philadelphia, is a Friday the 13th tradition that dates back to 1998. A total of 30 or more firkins of cask-conditioned beer will served in two tasting sessions. This is the only known beer event in the world whose frequency and timing are entirely at the mercy of the calendar.

13-15: FyneFest, Calmdow, Scotland

Fyne Ales presents FyneFest 2014, which will take place in the fields next to the Fyne Ales brewery near Cairndow. This three-day celebration, to be held in scenic Argyll surroundings, will feature more than 100 beers from over 25 domestic and foreign breweries, along with ciders, perries, and spirits. There will also be entertainment, including live music, a pub quiz, and a pub quiz; brewery tours; and locally-sourced food, including Loch Fyne oysters. Camping is available.

13-14: New Jersey Beer and Food Festival, Hamburg, NJ

Crystal Springs Resort, in Hamburg, will host the 2014 New Jersey Beer and Food Festival. On Friday evening there will be a Chefs & Brews Reception, with five local chefs pairing dishes with local craft beers. Saturday’s events include a Brews and Birdies tournament, with beer sampling; a Kick the Keg foot-golf tournament; and, in the late afternoon, a Beer & BBQ Fest, with more than 120 beers, live entertainment, and a variety of barbecue dishes.

13-14: Pucklechurch Cider and Beer Festival, Pucklechurch, England

The 2014 Pucklechurch Beer and Cider Festival will be held in the car park of the Star Inn. This two-day event, which is part of the Pucklechurch Revel, will feature a selection of beers and ciders from the surrounding area, including cider pressed from apples grown in the gardens of Pucklechurch itself. There will also be live music.

13-22: Rochester Real Beer Week, Rochester, NY

The eighth annual St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival will be held at the Central Fields in Forest Park. 13-14: Session Craft Beer Festival, Toronto, ON, Canada

The fourth annual Session Craft Beer Festival will be held at a new location, Young and Dundas Square in downtown Toronto. This two-evening event will feature beer from more than 100 beers from over 30 Canadian breweries, including a selection of collaboration ales. There will be live entertainment, and food will be available for purchase. "Princess Pass" VIP tickets, with a catered buffet and special VIP area, are available.

13-15: Vancouver Summer Brewfest, Vancouver, WA

The 2014 Vancouver Summer Brewfest will be held at Esther Short Park. This three-day event, which takes place next to the Race Expo, will feature 50 beers from 25 local and national breweries.

13-15: Vasaknos Beer Festival, Vasaknos, Lithuania

The 2014 Vasaknos Beer Festival will be held at Vasaknos Manor and Park in the city’s Zarasi district. This three-day event will feature 30 Lithuanian beers, along with a number of foreign beers. There will also be an educational program, live music, tours of the manor, a market, a treasure hunt and trivia quiz, and food for purchase. Camping is available for festival-goers. The festival website is entirely in Lithuanian.

13-15: Washington Brewers Festival, Redmond, WA

The Washington Beer Commission presents the 2014 Washington Brewers Festival, which will take
place at King County's Marymoor Park in Redmond. Friday evening's 21-and-over session will feature beer from about 35 Washington breweries, along with food and live music. Saturday and Sunday's sessions, which are open to all ages, will feature around 250 beers from over 80 Washington breweries, along with ciders and wines. There will also be live music, a brewers' keg toss contest, food and craft items for sale, and a kids' playground and root beer garden.

13-14: WYES International Beer Sampling and Tasting, New Orleans, LA

The sixth annual WYES Private Beer Sampling will take place Friday evening at a new venue, Mardi Gras World in New Orleans. It will feature more than 90 craft-brewed beers, including special one-off beers, along food by Chef Tom Hinyup of Sun Ray Grill. The 31st annual WYES International Beer Tasting will be held Saturday evening, also at Mardi Gras World in New Orleans. It will feature more than 250 craft beers, including home-brewed beer; and food trucks will be on hand. Both events are fund-raisers for WYES-TV.

14: Beerfest and Food Truck Festival, Kingston, ON, Canada

The second annual Beerfest and Food Truck Festival will be held at Fort Henry in Kingston. This picnic-style daytime event will feature a variety of beers, many of them brewed in Ontario, along with dozens of wines from the region. A number of food trucks will be at the fort, and there will also be live entertainment and prize giveaways.

14: Burnside Craft Brewers Festival, North Granby, CT

Old Burnside Brewing Company presents the fourth annual Burnside Craft Brewers Festival, which returns to High Meadow Resort in North Granby. It will be an afternoon event. Last year’s edition featured more than 200 beers from 70 domestic and foreign breweries, with special sections for Connecticut-brewed and Belgian beers. The resort offers a variety of outdoor activities, including some for children, and camping will be available near the festival site.

The third annual Craft Beer & Cider Festival & Burger Bash will be held on the Fazio Range at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, in Farmington, will host the fifth annual Five Alarm Mountain Madness. McMenamins Breweries presents the 17th annual McMenamins Barley Cup, which will take place at Thompson Brewery & Public House, a historic structure in Salem. This is a competition among McMenamins brewers, whose beer style is determined by a random drawing. The winner of the Cup, chosen by the Capital City Homebrewers Club, will represent McMenamins at the Holiday Ale Festival in Portland. Festival-goers are invited to vote for the "People's Choice" award. Brewers will be on hand to answer questions and give tours of the brewery.

21-28: New Hampshire Craft Beer Week, various locations, NH

New Hampshire Craft Beer Week 2014 will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues throughout the state. The headline event of this eight-day celebration is the New England Beer Festival. The third annual Wild West Summer Beer Fest will be held at the Royal Oak Farmers Market. This evening event will feature more than 100 craft beers. The festival charity is Camp Casey, a non-profit horseback riding program for children with life-threatening diseases.

The Wheaton stop on the Wisconsin Beer & Cheese Tour will be held at the DuPage County Fairgrounds. Stone Brewing Company presents the eighth annual Stone Sour Fest, which will take place at the brewery’s Bistro and Gardens in Escondido. The Redditch and Bromsgrove branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 12th annual Bromsgrove Beer Festival, which will take place on the grounds of the Bromsgrove Rugby Football Club. This three-day event will feature more than 120 Real Ales, along with 50 ciders and perries and a selection of fruit wines. There will be live entertainment Saturday afternoon, and tutored tastings on Friday and Sunday; and food will be available for purchase. The festival will also host the West Midlands Region Bitter of the Year Competition.

26-29: North American Organic Brewers Festival, Portland, OR

The tenth annual North American Organic Brewers Festival will be held at Overlook Park in Portland. This four-day event, which is designed to raise awareness of organic beer and sustainable living, will feature more than 50 organic beers from around the country. There will also be live music, organic food for purchase, sustainability-oriented vendors, non-profit booths, and a children's area. Admission is free. The festival benefits the Oregon Food Bank and the Overlook Village Business Association.

26-28: Rutland Beer Festival, Oakham, England

The Rutland Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the fourth annual Rutland Beer Festival, which will take place at the County Museum in Oakham. Recent editions of this festival have featured more than 40 Real Ales, including some festival specials; ciders, perries, and continental bottled beers; food for purchase, and live entertainment.

27: Amesbury Days Invitational Craft Brewfest, Amesbury, MA

Heat Event Management presents the fifth annual Amesbury Days Invitational Craft Brewfest, which will take place in the parking lot of Amesbury Town Hall. This evening event will feature more than 60 beers from small microbreweries, and brewers will be in attendance. There will also be live music. The festival is a fund-raiser for the Amesbury Days fireworks display and other community activities.

27-29: Audacious Beer Celebration, Hartland, WI

The Lake Country Rotary Club presents the 2013 Audacious Beer Celebration, which will take place at Nixon Park in Hartland. Friday Fired Up! will feature barbecue and Leinenkugel's beer. Saturday's events include a beer and barbecue tasting and the Night of the Barrels party. The weekend-long celebration will also include live music, fireworks, a classic car show, and arts and crafts vendors.

27-29: Beer Passion Weekend, Antwerp, Belgium

Beer Passion magazine presents the 15th annual Beer Passion Weekend, which will take place at Groenplaats, the historic square in downtown Antwerp. This three-day event will feature around 200 beers, most of them brewed in Flanders, along with beer cuisine and musical entertainment. The Beer Passion website is entirely in Dutch.

27-29: Bierbörse, Hamm, Germany

The second annual Hamm edition of Bierboerse, a series of beer festivals held across Germany, will take place at Marktplatz an der Pauluskirche. Hundreds of beers, including hard-to-find German microbrews, will be served in a Biergarten atmosphere. Festivities also include food and live entertainment, breweriana, and artisans' stands. The Bierboerse website is entirely in German.

27-29: Billericay Lions Beer Festival, Billericay, England

The Lions Club of Billericay presents the fifth annual Billericay Beer Festival, which will take place on the grounds of the Billericay Football Club. This three-day event will feature more than 50 Real Ales, ciders, and perries. There will also be live entertainment, and hot and cold food will be available for purchase. All profits will be donated to Lions Club charities.

27-28: Carnivale Brettanomyces, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

The third annual Carnivale Brettanomyces will be held at five locations in Amsterdam. This two-day event, focused on beer made with Brettanomyces yeast, will feature the products of around 20 breweries and ten homebrewers and home-blenders. Beer experts will lead master classes on the style.

27-28: Empire Brewfest, Syracuse, NY

The 2014 Empire Brewfest will be held at a new venue, the Chevy Court at the New York State Fairgrounds. This event, which has been expanded to two days, will feature around 100 craft beers, along with a Wine Trail. There will be live music both days, and food and beer merchandise will be available for purchase.

27-29: The Fox’s Summer Beer Festival, Willan, England

The Fox at Willian, a gastropub and restaurant in Willan, will host its inaugural Summer Beer Festival. This three-day event will feature 30 Real Ales, along with five ciders. There will also be live music, a street market selling local produce, and a special festival menu.

27-28: Greater Manchester Cider & Perry Festival, Manchester, England

The Greater Manchester branches of the Campaign For Real Ale present the 2014 Greater Manchester Cider & Perry Festival, which will be held at the Palace Hotel. This two-day event will feature more than 50 traditional ciders and perries. Food will be available for purchase. This year's festival charity is Walthew House.

27-29:Kohler Festival of Beer Grilling Weekend

The 2014 Kohler Festival of Beer’s Grilling Weekend will be held in the Village of Kohler. This three-day beer and food celebration will feature more than 30 breweries from across the country. Events will include such favorites as the Eggs & Kegs breakfast buffet, Cheers to Beers, and Shorts & Chefs, along with new events including a Bloody Mary Fest, a Wisconsin-style lobster boil, an Ultimate Tailgate Party, and a Beer Lovers Brunch. 27-28: Lansdale Beer Tasting Festival, Landsale, PA

The fifth annual Lansdale Beer Tasting Festival will be held at West 3rd Street and North Richardson Avenue. Saturday’s session will feature more than 300 beers from over 100 breweries, along with live music and food for purchase. The fifth annual Clifford Champion Beer Festival will be held at Clifford Village Hall. Gambit Events presents the third FestivALES, which will take place in New Orleans’ Warehouse District. The Sharp Edge Beer Emporium, in Pittsburgh, will host the 18th annual Great European Beerfest. Importers' representatives will be on hand, and there will be live entertainment, homemade food for purchase, and a drawing for prizes at all three sessions.

28: Green River Brew Fest, Greenfield, MA

Lefty's Brewing Company presents the tenth annual Green River Brew Fest, which will take place at a new venue, the Franklin County Fair Grounds in Greenfield. The 2014 Hop ’N Barley Beer and BBQ Festival will be held at Skypark in Scotts Valley. This all-day event will feature more than 100 beers from 60 breweries. There will also be live entertainment on two stages, and food and merchandise vendors will be on hand. There will be a homebrew championship and tasting, with featured craft brewers, the day after the festival itself. The festival charity is the Community Housing Land Trust of Santa Cruz County.

28: Lansing Beer Fest, Lansing, MI

Motor City Brew Tours and I'm a Beer Hound present Lansing Beer Fest 2014, which will take place on Washington Avenue in Reo Town.
