May 25-4: ABQ Beer Week, Albuquerque, NM

The seventh annual ABQ Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Albuquerque. The headline event of this ten-day celebration is ABQ Brews and Blues. There will be dozens of other events, such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

May 26- 3: Asheville Beer Week, Asheville, NC

The sixth annual Asheville Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Asheville. This nine-day celebration culminates with the Beer City Festival. There will be many other events such as beer dinners, an educational program, meet-the-brewer events, pub crawls, beer releases, and special tastings.

May 25-4: Norwich City of Ale, Norwich, England

Norwich City of Ale 2017 will be held at dozens of public houses in the "Fine City" of Norwich. This 11-day celebration kicks off with a Launch Party at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. Other events will include beer walks, a Brewers' Market, beer and food pairings, pub quizzes, barbecues, and meet-the-brewer events.

May 26-4: Vancouver Craft Beer Week, Vancouver, BC, Canada

The eighth annual Vancouver Craft Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in metropolitan Vancouver. This ten-day celebration begins with VCBW Opening Night; the headline event is the VCBW Beer Festival. There will be many other events, including beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, rock concerts, release parties, and tap takeovers.

1-3; Kidderminster Beer Festival, Kidderminster, England

The Kidderminster Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 2017 Kidderminster Beer Festival, which will take place at Town Hall. This is a three-day event. Recent editions of this festival have featured 54 beers, along with 15 Herefordshire and Worcestershire ciders; tutored beer and cider tastings; hot food and snacks for purchase; and entertainment on Friday and Saturday. The festival charity is the Emily Jordan Foundation.

2-10: Reno Beer Week, Reno area, NV

The third annual Reno Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Reno. This nine-day celebration will kick off with the Backwash homebrew competition and close with with the Nevada Craft Brewers Association CollaBREWation Gala. There will be dozens of other events, such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, brewery tours, the Reno Booze Bus, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, and specially-priced drinks.

2-3: SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience, Washington, DC

The Brewers Association presents the tenth annual SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience, which will take place at the National Building Museum in Washington. This elegant two-evening event will feature 172 beers from 86 independent breweries, with each beer paired with a small-plate dish. Brewery representatives will be in attendance. There will also be five specialty beer and food stations in the balcony overlooking the grand hall: American Cheese Society, Choptank Oyster Company, Nathan Miller Chocolate, Monterrey Seafood, and Red Apron Butcher.

3: Burning Can Beer Festival, Lyons, CO

Oskar Blues Brewery presents the sixth annual Burning Can Beer Festival, which will take place at Bohn Park in Lyons. This all-day event will feature more than 200 canned beers from over 50 craft breweries from around the country. Festival-goers are invited to enter Ball’s “King of the Can” tent, sample from 30 IPAs, and vote for their favorite. There will also be live music and dancing, food for purchase, a 5-K Beer Relay, and competitive outdoor sports and games. Proceeds will benefit Oskar Blues’ charity, “Can’d Aid”, and the Town of Lyons.

3: Cottontown Brews Fest, Subiaco, AR

Cottontown Festivals presents the inaugural Cottontown Brews Fest, which will take place at the historic grounds of the Cottontown Blues Festival, located near Subiaco. This afternoon/evening event will feature a variety of local and regional craft beer, including beer from Paris’ Prestonrose Brewery. There will also be live entertainment, and food trucks will be on hand. Camping is available at the festival site.

3: Ninety9Bottles Craft Beer Festival, Norwalk, CT

Ninety9Bottles, a liquor store in Norwalk, presents the fourth annual Ninety9Bottles Craft Beer Festival. It will take place at Oyster Shell Park, which overlooks Norwalk Harbor. This afternoon event, held in collaboration with the Adoption Hope Foundation, will feature more than 75 craft beers from New England craft breweries. There will also be live music, and food trucks will be at the festival site.

3: Rock n’ Brew, Fort Wayne, IN

Rock n’ Brew 2017 will be held at Parkview Field, the home of the Fort Wayne Tin Caps. This afternoon/evening event will feature more than 200 beers. Three live bands will perform, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, a special selection of beers, and complimentary food, are available.

3: Three Valleys Beer Festival, Dronfield, England

The 2017 Three Valleys Beer Festival will be held at a number of pubs and clubs in the town of Dronfield and surrounding villages. This event is co-organized by local branches of the Campaign for Real Ale. Participating venues will offer a variety of beers and ciders, food, and entertainment; and there is no admission charge. A festival bus will link all the venues with Dronfield railway station.

3-4: VCBW Festival, Vancouver, BC, Canada

The eighth annual VCBW Festival will be held at the historic PNE Fairgrounds in Vancouver. This two-afternoon event, which is the headline event of Vancouver Beer Week, will feature more than 300 beers and ciders from over 100 craft breweries. There will also be live and DJ music, brewing demonstrations, food trucks, market stalls, and a games area.

8-10: Gatineau Beer Fest, Gatineau, QC, Canada

The seventh annual Gatineau Beer Fest will return to the Canadian Museum of History. This three-day indoor-outdoor event will feature more than 300 beers from over 30 Quebec and Ontario breweries, along with a selection of wines and spirits. There will also be an educational program in both French and English (extra admission charge), live entertainment, and food and merchandise vendors.

9-10: Hyper-Local Craft Brewfest, Somerville, MA

The Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts presents the sixth annual Hyper-Local Craft Brewfest, which will take place at The Center for Arts at the Armory in Somerville. This two-day, three-session event will feature the products of dozens of beer, beverage, and food vendors. Brewers will be in attendance. There will also be a homebrewing demonstration, live music, and other entertainment. The price of admission includes complimentary local food samples. A selection of cask ales will be served on Friday evening.

9-11: Wroclaw Festival of Good Beer, Wroclaw, Poland

The eighth annual Wroclaw Festival of Good Beer will be held at the Municipal Stadium esplanade. This three-day event will feature hundreds of beers from small breweries in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Belgium. There will also be live music and other entertainment, an educational program, traditional Central European food, and special attractions for children.

10: Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival, Richmond, VA

Trigger Agency, LLC, presents the Richmond stop on the 2017 Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival tour. It will take place at the Richmond Raceway Complex. This afternoon event will feature unlimited sampling of 60 beers and 40 bourbons. There will also be live rock, blues, and bluegrass music; barbecue and other foods; and seminars led by master distillers, brewmasters, and pit masters. 10: Beerfest The Good One, Santa Rosa, CA

The 26th annual Beerfest The Good One will be held at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa. This afternoon event will feature more than 120 beers and ciders from over 60 of northern California’s craft breweries and cideries. There will be live music, food and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase, and a prize raffle. VIP tickets, with early admission and an opportunity to meet the brewers, are available. 10: Berkshire Craft Beer Festival, Pittsfield, MA

The 2017 Berkshire Craft Beer Festival will be held at Pittsfield Common. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 50 breweries, many of them from New England. There will also be live music and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. A “Charity Chug” 5-K race will take place before the festival. All proceeds will go to local charities.

10: Crown Beer Fest, Crown Point, IN

Crown Brewing Company presents the eighth annual Crown Beer Fest, which will take place at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point. This afternoon event will feature more than 200 beers from over 50 breweries, many of them from Indiana and nearby states. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a food voucher, are available. The festival charity is St. Jude House.

10-11: Long Island Bavarian Festival, Franklin Square, NY

Original Enzian presents the 43rd Annual Long Island Bavarian Festival, which will take place at Plattduetsche Park Restaurant in Franklin Square. This two-day Oktoberfest-style event will feature a selection of domestic and imported beers, traditional German food, and live music. There will also be Schuhplattler performances by adult and children's groups; German import booths; and games, amusements, and children's activities.

10-14: Mondial de la Biere, Montreal, QC, Canada

The 24th annual Mondial de la Biere will be held indoors at the Palais des Congrès and outdoors on Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle in downtown Montreal. This five-day event will feature more than 500 beers from around the world, including hard-to-find beers and beers specially brewed for the festival. There will also be Quebec cider and other food specialties from the province, along with the Mbeer series of conferences and seminars. Admission to the festival is free.

10: Pints in the Park, Greenfield, MA

The Peoples Pint, a restaurant, presents Pints in the Park 2017. It will take place at The Energy Park in Greenfield. This afternoon event will feature the products of Franklin County breweries and cideries. Four live bands will perform, and there will also be family activities and food for purchase.

10: Unforgettable IPA and Taco Festival, Staten Island, NY

The Staten Island Yankees, the Flagship Brewing Company, and Ho'Brah present the inaugural Unforgettable IPA & Taco Festival. It will take place at Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George in Staten Island. This afternoon event will feature IPAs from 15 local breweries, and restaurants and food trucks from all five boroughs will sell tacos. In addition, there will also be DJ music, a homebrewing demonstration, stadium tours, and hot sauce giveaways.

11: Stone Belgian Fest, Escondido, CA

Stone Brewing Company presents the third annual Belgian Fest, which will take place at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. This Sunday midday event will feature a selection of 100 draft Belgian and Belgian-inspired beers. There will also be food stations, tray-passed dishes, and desserts.

11-17: Western Mass Beer Week, four counties in western MA

The second Western Mass Beer Week will take place Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire Counties. The headline event of this seven-day celebration is the Berkshire Craft Beer Festival. There will be a number of other events, such as beer dinners and food and beer pairings, brewery open houses, collaboration beers, and release parties; and many of these events will be hosted by the area’s breweries.

14-18: Franconian Beer Festival, Nuremburg, Germany

The 20th annual Franconian Beer Festival will be held below the Imperial Castle in Nuremburg. This five-day celebration, which opens with a parade from the main market, will feature more than 100 beers from 40 local breweries. There will also be live entertainment, including music and children's activities; food for purchase; and local artwork. The festival website is entirely in German.

15-17: Homebrew Con, Minneapolis, MN

The American Homebrewers Association presents Homebrew Con, the 39th annual National Homebrewers Conference. It will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This year’s keynote speaker is Omar Ansari, the founder of Surly Brewing Company. There will be an educational program for amateur brewers of every level. Events include a Kickoff Party, the Homebrew Expo & Social Club, and Club Night. The National Homebrew Competition judging and awards ceremony will take place during this event.

16-17: Beer and Bourbon Classic at Pimlico, Baltimore, MD

Trigger Agency, LLC, presents the third annual annual Beer and Bourbon Classic at Pimlico, which will take place at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore. This event, which has been expanded to two days, will feature more than 60 beers and bourbons, live music, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of bacons, are available for Saturday’s session. The festival charity is the Spirit of Hope Children’s Foundation.

16-18: Oregon Garden Brewfest, Silverton, OR

Venti’s Cafe presents the 13th annual Oregon Garden Brewfest, which will be held in the Grand Hall at the Oregon Garden Resort. This three-day event will feature more than 120 beers, ciders, and meads from over 65 providers, with an emphasis on Oregon-made products. There will be live music, and food from local vendors will be available for purchase. Festival-goers are invited to explore the resort’s 80 acres of botanical gardens. A Brewer's Tasting Dinner will take place the evening before the festival itself.

16-18: San Diego International Beer Festival, Del Mar, CA

The 2017 San Diego International Beer Festival will be be held at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. This three-day, five-session event will feature beer from more than 200 domestic and foreign breweries. Brewers are invited to take part in the San Diego International Beer Competition. There will also be an educational program, food-pairing demonstrations, food for purchase, and games and contests at the Steampunk Ale Pavilion. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers and food, are available. The price of admission includes entry to the County Fair.

17: Founders Fest, Grand Rapids, MI

Founders Brewing Company presents the tenth annual Founders Fest, which will take place in front of the brewery in Grand Rapids. This outdoor daytime beer and music festival will feature a selection of Founders beers, including rarities. Six live bands, headlined by Blues Traveler, will perform. There will also be a DJ, roving entertainers, food vendors, and and local artisans.

17: Lodi Craft Beer Festival, Lodi, CA

The Lodi Tokay Rotary Club presents the third annual Lodi Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at Lodi Lake Park. This event will feature more than 100 beers from over 50 breweries, most of them from California; and brewery representatives will be on hand. There will also be live music; food for purchase from local vendors; and adult games, including Cornhole, Flip Cup, and Giant Jenga. All proceeds will support conservation efforts of Lodi Lake and local charities.

17: Wine, Brews & Blues Festival, Escondido, CA

The Rotary Club of Bonsall presents the 22nd annual Wine, Brews & Blues Festival, which will take place at the California Center For The Arts in Escondido. This evening event will feature beer from many of San Diego's craft breweries, along with a selection of wines. There will also be live music and dancing, a beer and brats courtyard, food from local restaurants, and a silent auction. All proceeds will go to charity.

23-24: Chicago Summer Ale Fest, Chicago, IL

Lou Dog Events presents the second annual Chicago Summer Ale Fest, which will take place at Butler Field inside Chicago’s Grant Park. This two-day event will feature more than 200 beers from over 100 American craft breweries. There will also be live music, and food trucks will be on hand. Early admission tickets are available for both days.

23-25: Portland International Beer Festival, Portland, OR

The 2017 Portland International Beer Festival will be held in Holladay Park at Lloyd Center. This three-day event will feature more than 200 beers from 16 countries, including rare, hard-to-find, and Pacific Northwest beers. Live bands will perform all weekend. There will also be a Grande Beer Garden; food for purchase; a huge lawn for picnickers; and games, including darts, backgammon, checkers, chess, and cards. Admission to the festival itself is free. The festival charity is PetCross.

24: Fermentation Celebration, North Vernon, IN

Old Vernon Liquors presents the second annual Fermentation Celebration, which will take place at Muscatatuck Park and Campgrounds in North Vernon. This afternoon event will feature more than 150 beers from over 40 breweries and wineries, many of them from Indiana. There will also be live music, food for purchase, a charity raffle, and games and activities. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. After the festival, there will be an evening concert with a beer garden, followed by a late-night music and light show in the woods.

24-25: Northern Virginia Summer BrewFest, Centerville, VA

The tenth annual Northern Virginia Summer BrewFest will be held at Bull Run Regional Park in Centreville. This two-day event will feature beer from two dozen breweries, many of them from Virginia; the emphasis will be on spring and summer seasonals. There will be live music, food will be available for purchase, and crafters will be on hand. Lodging is available at the festival site.

24: Sound Waves and IPAs, Bridgeport, WV

The Bridgeport Arts Council presents the second annual Sound Waves and IPAs, which will take place at Bridgeport City Park. This afternoon event will feature a variety of domestic and imported beers, including a selection of West Virginia-brewed beers. There will also be live music, food from local restaurants, and artisan vendors. VIP tickets, with early admission and a custom-made beer mug, are available.

24: Ultimate Funk Beer Fest, Westland, MI

Ashley's, a beer bar in Westland, will host the second annual Ultimate Funk Beer Fest. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 sour “funkified” brews in a wide variety of styles. The selection includes beers spontaneously fermented via open air, inoculated with wild yeast or bacteria strains during barrel aging, or otherwise made using funky ingredients or techniques. Food will be available for purchase.

25: Battleship New Jersey Craft Beer Festival, Camden, NJ

The Garden State Brewers Guild presents the 21st annual Battleship New Jersey Craft Beer Festival, which will take place aboard the battleship USS New Jersey. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 30 New Jersey breweries. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase.
